Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition & Packing, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 1 days after delivery

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items shipped by Free Shipping mode cannot be refunded.

Refunds / Replacement

Replacement of items is purely out of manufacturing defects or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to designated address sent over to you over email.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion

We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions

  • Wrong Product shipped by us.
  • The product received is defective.
  • In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by raising a support ticket at or dropping a mail to within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
  • No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos which should be uncut and having no pauses and pictures.

Amount to be refunded in

  • If you receive one or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only product value, no shipping charges will be refunded.
  • If you receive the entire shipment as wrong or defective, we will refund your product value as well as shipping charges.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address as intimated by us .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued in the form of discount voucher to the extent of approved value of refund after deducting necessary charges applicable if any.

Mode of Refund

  • Refund will be processed in the form of discount vouchers eligible for future purchases at Website or refunded back to the original mode and method of payment method, as decided on case to case basis by us.
