We ship orders only and within Indian Sub-continent except Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern States namely Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Manipal, due to geographical barriers. Shipping to these zones are covered after timely reviews and based on serviceability of our shipping partners.
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Sunday & Holidays) after a customer places order and may usually reach in 5-7 business days to customers. A confirmation email is sent to customer’s registered email after processing of payment and Customers will receive another email notification when their order has been completed.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or due to Postal / Courier service partners’ field related problems are outside of our purview and cannot be controlled beyond situations. We follow Weight based Shipping charges for orders placed with us PAN India with a minimum charge of Rs. 45.00 + Taxes for 500 grams and weight would be derived from calculating weight of the item and/or volumetric dimensions of the product after packing. Whichever is of higher value is considered as weight of the product for dispatch.
For example if a product weight is 200 grams and its dimensions are (L) 25 cm X (B) 8 cm X (H) 14 cm = 2800/5000 (shipping standard value for calculation by shipping partner), i.e., 560 grams and a weight of 560 grams are applied as package weight.
Actual Shipping rate is displayed at the time of checkout.
Usually deliveries are made from 10 am To 7 Pm from Monday through Saturday by our service partners. Customers are sent timely SMS alerts to the phone number as provided at checkout, as notifications about their shipment details like dispatch, and on the day of delivery of the product.
We don’t offer international shipping.
How do I track the status of an order?
When an order has shipped, an email is sent to customers registered email address and also alternatively customers can track their order at their respective account section after login, or at track order page link placed on Main menu of the Home Page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
